DATABASE@BITNIC. DATABASE is a (you guessed it!) database server.
Below is the basic poop on it.  For more info send it the HELP
command and you will receive a very nice 400+ line helpfile.

Also, thanks (again!) to Henry for reminding me that NETSERV is not only
at CEARN but at DEARN too.

3) Bitnet NOTE files
4) Internet Mail files (requires SIGNIN)

When sending a NOTE or Mail, your command must be the first non-blank
line after the header section.
